This one-day interactive small commercial insurance training workshop offers an excellent introduction to placing Commercial Packaged cover.

It provides a structured overview of the subject which and provides a small commercial insurance training experience to suit those with little or no previous experience of this call or those with some experience who are looking to update or refresh their knowledge and skills.

- The ways in which packaged policies have developed and the reasons for the continuing development of packaged policies
- The basic features and scope of policy cover of packaged policies
- The basic features and scope of non-insurance services available (e.g. helplines, authorised repairers/suppliers, risk control/advice)
- The marketplace: how customers search for cover and the means by which packaged and scheme arrangements are promoted and sold
- Underwriting procedures, policy wordings and schemes
- Mid-term policy amendments, renewals and cancellation
- Claims: Notification and Investigation, Settlement, Fraudulent Claims
