Performance management aims to maximise the contribution of people and teams to enable the firm to achieve its goals. It is about ensuring employees know what is expected of them and how they are performing against those expectations.

This performance management training workshop provides delegates with the skills and knowledge they need to manage and motivate others to achieve their best performance.
