Performance management aims to maximise the contribution of people and teams to enable the firm to achieve its goals. It is about ensuring employees know what is expected of them and how they are performing against those expectations.

This workshop will provide delegates with the skills/knowledge to manage and motivate others to achieve their best performance. They will develop their feedback skills, how to handle difficult or de-motivated people and learn the importance of celebrating success.
