This interactive workshop is suitable for those new to farm insurance or those who have dealt with it for a year or two and are seeking to refresh their knowledge.

The workshop will include an introduction to the major covers available to farmers, the information required to assess the risks and the basis of rating.

The workshop assumes that the delegates are familiar with the general principles of insurance

Describe the type of information required to obtain farm insurance quotations and detail the basis of rating for typical risks

Outline the main motor insurance cover options available to the agricultural industry, including off road use and the tool of trade third party risk legislation and/or regulations requiring compulsory insurance
