For the manager, delegation can free up time to do more important tasks and to be more proactive in running their team.   For the team member it can be a motivator, giving them the chance to do more rewarding work and to enhance their personal development.

This workshop is for managers and supervisors who want to improve their ability to delegate work effectively.   It provides both a planning framework and the chance to practice  managing the process.
