Defences to liability including contributory negligence, inevitable accident, volenti non fit injura and limitation

Usual liability insurance policy wordings for contractors including the common exclusions and extensions

Placing and rating risks – key insurer information requirements and liability insurance pricing methods

Claims procedures – accident recording and reporting – RIDDOR, civil procedure protocols
