Fulfilling the responsibilities of an Approved Person in an FCA authorised business can be a challenge. We understand the obstacles you face in providing a top class service to customers and providing the evidence of that to the regulator.

You can select from a menu of courses that can be provided off the shelf or adapted to your own systems and processes. Alternatively, we can appoint a designated Consultant whose knowledge, skills and experience will be at your disposal. Your designated Consultant will work with you to understand your business, the particular challenges you encounter and then, in full consultation with yourself, design bespoke training and/or development solutions.
