With three decades’ experience in the general insurance industry, Nikki spent seven years as a commercial insurance underwriter and 11 years in broking and schemes management before specialising in compliance.

Sally Fellingham-Huggett

Sally has more than 30 years’ experience in insurance training. She joined Searchlight in 2007 and is responsible for managing our face-to-face training workshops. Before joining Searchlight, Sally was Learning Centre Controller with Friends Provident, where she was responsible for planning and launching learning centres across multiple sites and gained The Certificate in Training Practice. She also worked with NHS Kent and Medway delivering public meetings for Patient and Pubic Involvement in Health initiative.

Angela Hennessey

Angela joined the Searchlight team in 2019 and has a wide range of responsibilities, including client service, managing bookings for courses and webinars and managing our e-learning platform. Prior to that she was Project Delivery Coordinator with TALK TALK Business Direct.
