The appraisal process is an essential part of managing people.  Undertaken effectively, it gives people a sense of purpose, a clear focus and a desire to achieve in the role.

This workshop considers the key areas of a successful appraisal review, by focusing on planning and preparation, the appraisal structure, performance assessment, the appraisal discussion and the follow-up.

It is for those new to conducting appraisals or those who wish to refresh their skills.
