This workshop is for those involved in taking minutes of meetings to help them overcome the various challenges with this task.

Many employees are tasked with attending various meetings and required to report back their findings. Staff are often asked to take minutes of a meeting without any formal training which can lead to inaccuracies and failure to identify the key points raised.

The participative workshop offers delegates practice in creating and modifying actual minutes.
