Negotiation Skills – Advanced

This workshop is for experienced managers and negotiators who want to move onto the next level of negotiation.

It demonstrates the importance of the linkage between Strategy and Tactics.

The workshop is very much hands-on. Group and syndicate work allow for the regular input of views and ideas from delegates, and healthy debate is encouraged throughout.

Practice Sessions are used to test out new skills and techniques.

Delegates are asked to email, one week in advance, one ‘live’ case which may be used during the day.
