Many employees are tasked with attending meetings and reporting back on the content.   If staff are asked to take minutes of a meeting without any formal training there is a danger that they may contain inaccuracies and fail to identify the key points raised.

The participative workshop offers useful advice on how to overcome the challenges of minute taking, and provides delegates with practice in creating and modifying actual minutes.
