This workshop provides an introduction to the principles and practices of general insurance.

It establishes the foundation knowledge required by those providing basic technical or administrative services.

Wherever possible, we take practical examples and activities to enable the delegate to gain the most benefit from their attendance.

Outline usual terminology, typical policy content and construction and the factors involved in risk assessment and pricing

Provide a summary of the regulatory context for the UK insurance market
