This interactive workshop addresses the need for compliance with statutory inspection requirements and is suitable to those new to the industry or with a basic knowledge of the subject.

Examples of defects found on the “thorough examination” are discussed.

Cover for protection of pressure plant, lifting and handling, electrical and mechanical plant is discussed together with the need to dovetail with the property programme.   Examples of plant failures are included.

Outline the typical cover and exclusions for different statutory plant and equipment – pressure plant, lifting and handling and electrical and mechanical plan

Demonstrate improved knowledge and confidence when facing clients
