Ian Jerrum, Managing Director
Ian Jerrum joined Searchlight as managing director in March 2004. Ian was previously chief executive of Singer & Friedlander Insurance Finance where he played a key role in doubling sales over a two-year period. Before that he was managing director of another premium finance company TIFCO, having begun his career with Eagle Star, before leaving to set up and run CNA Insurance. He has wide-ranging experience within the UK general insurance market and is a qualified FCII.

 

Peter Farmer, Director and Company Secretary
Peter Farmer was a founder director of Searchlight in September 1999. He has more than three decades' experience in the general insurance industry with companies including Royal Insurance, AA Insurance Services and United Assurance. He has considerable experience of personal lines markets in a wide-range of disciplines include general management. He has also worked as a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting and is a qualified FCII.
