TRAINING AWARD WINNER ANNOUNCED (September 2007)

The first winner of the twice-yearly Searchlight sponsored Brokers’ Monthly training award was announced in the October edition of Broker’s Monthly. Footman James recommended themselves to the judges, to quote Searchlight managing director Ian Jerrum, “as an excellent example of what becomes possible once an organisation makes a real commitment to training and backs it up with the necessary resources.”
