Learning and Development function |
Design and implementation of the firm's learning and development function, in line with the performance management ethos, including policies and procedures |
Designing and sourcing training interventions |
Design, delivery, coordination, commission and evaluation of cost effective solutions – internal or external - to meet organisational and individual training and development needs, including a management development programme where required |
Training Needs Analysis |
Undertaking the annual corporate training needs analysis exercise to create a skill gap analysis for reporting to the Board |
Induction Programme |
Design and delivery of an effective induction programme |
Regulatory systems and management information |
Implementation and management of a system to ensure the accurate and compliant recording of training and development activities |
Support |
Our Learning and Development Manager Service comes with an office hours email and telephone support service |
