We have listed for you the complete range of support available with our Learning and Development Manager Service. You may select from these on a menu basis for delivery over the course of your agreement with us.

Performance Management

Design and implementation of the firm's performance management policy and procedure including:

  • responding to the FSA's training and competence and systems and controls requirements, including new developments
  • ongoing monitoring and evaluation of a competency framework, where required
  • ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the appraisal system
  • implement an effective training and development plan
  • creating and managing the training budget

Learning and Development function

Design and implementation of the firm's learning and development function, in line with the performance management ethos, including policies and procedures


Designing and sourcing training interventions

Design, delivery, coordination, commission and evaluation of cost effective solutions – internal or external - to meet organisational and individual training and development needs, including a management development programme where required


Training Needs Analysis

Undertaking the annual corporate training needs analysis exercise to create a skill gap analysis for reporting to the Board

Induction Programme

Design and delivery of an effective induction programme


Regulatory systems and management information

Implementation and management of a system to ensure the accurate and compliant recording of training and development activities


Support

Our Learning and Development Manager Service comes with an office hours email and telephone support service
