Learning & Development Administrator Service

We have listed for you the complete range of support available with our Learning and Development Administrator Service. You may select from these on a menu basis for delivery over the course of your agreement with us.

Policies and procedures

Updating existing/implementing new L&D policies and procedures where required


Coordinating Learning and Development activities

  • Advertising/marketing of training events to employees
  • Fielding queries from managers and employees on solutions to meet development needs
  • Booking individuals onto workshops or other developmental activities
  • Issuing invitations, pre-course work and reminders
  • Coordinating with different training providers and booking courses
  • Coordinating equipment, venues, refreshments and materials
  • Registering learners on arrival at courses and supplying post course materials (CPD certificates etc.)


Induction

  • Creating and maintaining welcome packs
  • Coordinating with line managers to create an induction plan
  • Recording induction training completion
  • Assisting with coordination of induction training, as required

Post learning activities

Coordinating learner feedback and analysing information


Reporting

Creating and submitting reports on learning and development activity, as required


Support

An office hours email support service is provided with our Learning and Development Administrator Service
