HR Administrator Service

We have listed for you the complete range of support available with our HR Administrator Service. You may select from these on a menu basis for delivery over the course of your agreement with us.

Recruitment and selection

Assisting with advertising copy/agency liaison, updating internal advertising systems (e.g. intranet), issuing application forms and job descriptions etc, handling responses, assisting with screening, issuing interview invitations to candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews (including venues, interviewers, CV and questionnaire provision etc.), filing interview reports, reporting, as required


New starter coordination

Preparing offer letters and employment contracts, reference coordination, eligibility to work status, welcome packs, P45 and initial salary administration, creation of personnel files, meeting and greeting, instructing temporary staff


Induction

Creating and maintaining welcome packs, coordinating with line managers to create an induction plan, recording induction training completion and assisting coordination of induction training, as required


Absence recording

Sickness, holiday, flexi-time, compassionate, family, emergency and other leave


Performance management

Coordinating appraisals, including issuing forms, notifications and invitations, and post appraisal meeting paperwork, updating training and development records, taking the appropriate part in discipline and grievance issues


Pay and reward

Providing necessary information to facilitate monthly payroll as required, coordinating benefits (including notification letters, insurer data and eligibility awards), collating marketplace data to enable salary/competitor benchmarking, notifying pay changes, issuing pay slips


Health and Safety

Coordinating eye tests, maintaining first aid supplies, undertaking summary inspections etc.


Leaver administration

Coordinating exit interviews and recording/reporting on findings, taking part in employment contract termination, where required
