How can Searchlight help you?

We will appoint a designated Consultant whose knowledge, skills and experience will be at your disposal. Your designated Consultant will work with you to understand your business, the particular challenges you encounter and then, in full consultation with yourself, design bespoke training and/or development solutions.

The implementation of these solutions in addition to providing direct benefit to your company will help meet the FSA requirement for employers to provide adequate training for their employees, and also helps to avoid the "one size fits all" approach to training/development activity.

For a fixed fee of £995 per day plus VAT and Consultant's travelling costs one of our Specialist Consultants will work with you and your fellow Directors/Partners/Sales Staff to identify your needs and deliver the appropriate workshops.
