Introduction

Environmental responsibilities and available insurance solutions are rapidly changing. This one day participative workshop considers the legislative environment facing both property developers and owners before going on to consider the extent of cover provided by both conventional insurance covers and those specifically designed to protect against the environmental impairment risk.

This is an intermediate level workshop aimed at experienced professionals interested in updating or developing their knowledge in this area. The focus is primarily on the UK experience.
