Communication Skills (BROKER ACADEMY)

Communication is fundamental in every aspect of our lives, including work. It is a skill that we all develop, sometimes consciously, sometimes instinctively, but sometimes we ignore the subject and wonder why we suffer the consequences.

Every aspect of our working lives is affected by how we relate to others, how we motivate or demotivate them, how clearly we ask for what we need or how confused we leave people whose job it is to help us. It all translates into the impact we make with those around us and ultimately to our own personal success.

How often are important messages misunderstood or not communicated positively, at the right time and to the correct audience? Despite the fact that we communicate all the time, when we need to make a formal presentation, address group meetings or conduct one-to-one interviews, we may feel ineffective and lacking in confidence.

This one-day interactive workshop will show delegates how to communicate with greater skill and confidence, how to have a positive awareness of their own personality and their impact on others. This will allow delegates to manage problems better and other people more effectively.

The workshop will involve Role Plays and Action Planning.
It will benefit anyone who needs to communicate important messages and ensure that those messages are understood. Those involved in relationship management would especially benefit.
This workshop can be tailored to meet delegates’ specific objectives.
