Introduction
The aim of this one day interactive workshop is to develop or update delegates’ existing knowledge of the principles and practice of Liability insurance with particular regard to Public and Products risks. It is suitable for the more experienced delegate involved in either underwriting, claims or broking who is looking to update, supplement or develop their basic knowledge.

• explain the cover usually provided under Public and Products Liability Insurance policies and how this could be amended to meet the needs of particular customers
