Introduction
An interactive workshop designed to run on two consecutive days, with the option of a third day for those responsible for designing and delivering training courses. The workshop is for up to 6 delegates, so that everyone can be involved in Role Plays.
Keeping records and demonstrating FSA compliance will be covered during each module, including provision of sample records.
The workshop is suitable for anyone involved in the recruitment, training or ongoing assessment of existing staff. This could be newly appointed supervisors or HR specialists or any existing manager wishing to review the way they operate against good practice.

Delegates who successfully complete this workshop will be able to:
• outline the requirements of the FSA relating to recruitment, training and assessment
• assess practices within their own firms and identify any areas for improvement
• describe interpersonal techniques appropriate for each situation, with emphasis on maximising staff motivation
