Farm Insurance - Introduction

Introduction

This one day interactive workshop is designed for people new to farm insurance or those who have dealt with farm insurance for a year or two and are seeking to refresh their knowledge.

The workshop assumes that the delegates are familiar with the general principles of insurance (Utmost Good Faith, Indemnity, Proximate Cause, Insurable Interest etc.) and typical insurance policy structures. This workshop provides an overview of commercial insurance risks, preparing the delegate for more detailed courses covering the individual classes of insurance e.g. Property damage, Business Interruption etc.

It is possible to link elements of this workshop to a specific policy wording with which the delegates are familiar provided the client is able to provide a copy of the required wording to the appointed trainer at least three weeks prior to the running of the workshop.
